Privacy Policy

GoldLog ("we," "our," or "the app") is developed by Labbow. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's features:

• Account Information: Your email address and display name, obtained via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, to identify your account and associate your data. When you sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email" feature, only the Apple-provided relay address is stored.
• Score Records: Archery scores, end totals, distance, game names, and timestamps you enter in the app.
• Timer Session Data: Practice session durations, end counts, and arrow counts you record using the timer.
• Subscription Plan: Your current subscription tier (Free / Basic / Pro / Club / Club Plus) is stored to enable feature access. Payment details themselves are never received by us.
• Device Information: Basic device locale and platform information used for localization and crash diagnostics.

We do not collect payment card information. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription status is verified through RevenueCat. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To store and sync your archery scores and timer sessions across devices via Firebase Firestore.
• To enable optional export of your records to Google Sheets via your own Google Drive.
• To manage real-time live scoreboards and tournament features.
• To verify your subscription entitlements through RevenueCat.
• To provide customer support when you contact us.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Local storage: Scores and settings are stored locally on your device using Hive.
• Cloud storage: Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud), associated with your user account.
• Retention period: Permanent game records are retained for 1 year from the date of creation. Live session data is deleted automatically after 72 hours. You may delete your data at any time from within the app.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Sheets / Google Drive — used only when you explicitly choose to export data; governed by your own Google account settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above to the extent necessary to operate the app. Scores entered during a live game session may be visible to other participants of that session.

6. Children's Privacy

GoldLog is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

• Access & Portability: You can export your score records to Google Sheets at any time from within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete individual game records or all your data from within the app. To request complete account deletion, contact us by email.
• GDPR / CCPA: If you are located in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase security rules that restrict data access to authenticated account owners only. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:
Send an email to labbow.alpha@labbow.co.kr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your GoldLog account.

What will be deleted:

• Your account profile and authentication data
• All archery score records and game history stored in the cloud
• Timer session data
• Subscription plan information
• All other personally identifiable data associated with your account

Timeframe: We will process your deletion request and permanently remove all your data within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Note: Data stored locally on your device (offline cache) must be removed by uninstalling the app.
