Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoldLog mobile and web application ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Labbow. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use GoldLog. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental consent.
• You may create an account using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or as an anonymous guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Description

GoldLog provides archery score recording, real-time live scoreboards, cloud-synced practice timers, and tournament management features. The Free plan offers limited functionality; paid plans (Basic, Pro, Club) unlock additional features and capacity.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

Prices may vary by region and currency, and are subject to applicable taxes. The price shown at the time of purchase in your local store is final.

4. Auto-Renewal, Billing & Cancellation

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges apply at the start of each new billing period.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless changed by us with notice. You will be informed of any price change in accordance with platform policy.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Free trials (if offered): Unused portions of any free trial period are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to harass, harm, or impersonate other users.
• Upload malicious code or content, or interfere with the App's operation.
• Use automated means to access the App or bypass usage limitations.
• Share or resell paid features to circumvent subscription tiers.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to the data you create (scores, timer sessions, tournament records). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and synchronize that data across your devices solely to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding ("GoldLog"), and content provided by us, is the intellectual property of Labbow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the App available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice. Subscription holders affected by material removal of paid features will be offered a pro-rata refund of the unused term.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labbow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we, at our sole discretion, deem harmful to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the App or by contacting us.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified through the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
